O canal Grande é o mais importante e amplo canal de água da cidade,
e a principal forma de tráfego.
É delimitada por muito bonitas e antigas construções, feitas por pedras brancas,
madeira, mármores e metais, todos próximos longe de Veneza. Eles foram colocados

- Almost in front of Cà d'Oro, there is Cà Pesaro, built from 1628 to 1720, in baroque style, is now the site of Modern Art and Oriental Art Museum
- At your right, there is Palazzo Vendramin Calergi, that is now the winter site of the Casinò
