Lovere is a magnificent vacation center located in the way out of Valle Camonica and Cavallina. Here the visitor can admire important historical attestations, like Alghisi Tower, Soca Tower and Torricella (little tower).
On the lake shore there are natty buildings, as Marinoni Palace, Gregorini Palace, Tadini Palace (now become picture gallery); trees, gardens and bar invite tourists to a relaxing break.
There are many beautiful churches to visit: San Giorgio little church has been built in XIII century. Santa Maria in Valvendra, built in 1473, is a big church which contains interesting frescoes. The Suore di Carità Sanctuary, housing precious frescoes, has been built up in Gothic style. Lovere now is one of the most wanted tourist destinations of the Lake of Iseo.
